Monthly updates for March 2018
iContracts Breakthrough Conference
We are extremely pleased to announce the iContracts Breakthrough 2018 User Conference to take place May 8-10. The event will be hosted at the historic Courtyard Marriot Inn located in downtown Philadelphia, PA.
iContracts Breakthrough will feature an exclusive policy management track for users to learn and discuss policy management strategies, best practices for PolicyStat, and of course meet, greet, and engage with other PolicyStat users and several PolicyStat staff.
We will also be hosting a 1-day pre-conference PolicyStat Admin Bootcamp session. This session will be a great opportunity for new (or "backup") Site Administrators to get up to speed quickly on everything they need to know about PolicyStat and their role.
For more information on this conference, please visit this site: http://www.icontracts.com/breakthrough
March Education Schedule
Our Education sessions are complimentary webinars available to any and all PolicyStat customers who want to better understand our product.
A new change this month is that our live webinar offerings will now rotate tri-monthly. March's webinars include Introductory PolicyStat Education and webinars focused on approvals. April will focus on content, including how to use our editor. May will wrap up with training directed for our Site Administrators. Each month will continue to offer a Monthly Feature Review.
The handout available at the button link below provides a schedule of the webinars with links to register. Please distribute the link and/or the PDF to all of your applicable staff.

New Features/Updates Launched In February
Scheduled Effective Date Rollout Complete
We have completed the Scheduled Effective Date rollout and the feature has been made available to all sites, with the exception of those who opted out.
For more specifics, including details about how to enable the feature, see this Newswire post.
Tutorials / HelpGuide Links Now Both "Help"
Many clients recognize the "Tutorials" link and the HelpGuide tab as pathways to our Learning Center for relevant assistance and content.
In an interface change, both of these items are now labeled as simply "Help." It's our hope that the revised label will be more easily recognizable as sources for assistance.
Guest Access Link Update
Previously, if staff members visited PolicyStat via a Guest Access link and clicked a Guest Access link specific to a policy, an error message would state they could not view as a Guest (or another local term) because they were already logged in as a Guest. As this was not accurate, this messaging has been removed to reduce any confusion.

Learning Center Updates
The PolicyStat Learning Center maintains the most current and up to date training and product information.
Mobile Interface Update
You may have noticed a different look for pages on the Learning Center. This is a result of a back-end revision to the code to make the full Learning Center accessible on your mobile device. This includes the main Learning Center page, the roles page, and the Education pages.
