New Features Launching This Month

Please Note: These features roll out slowly throughout the month to all PolicyStat customers as part of our quality assurance process to ensure no product bugs are discovered. For early access to any of these features, please contact [email protected].

Search Enhancement Personalization

In our ongoing pursuit to provide document search results “As Good As Google”, users can select their preferred Department/Policy Area. If multiple document results are returned, the results for your preferred option will appear first. The same concept applies for users who are part of a multi-site network, with the ability to choose a  home site and preferences first.

Bulk Start Review

Currently, documents due for review require starting the review process by opening each document one by one, even if no changes are required.

Document Owners and Policy Area Managers will be able to start the review process in bulk for multiple documents they own (or are responsible for) at once.  This rollout continues this month, but for earlier access, contact [email protected]

For more information, see this PolicyStat Newswire post.

This feature came from a UserVoice suggestion. Let us know your ideas or vote on suggestions from other users! Learn to locate and use UserVoice here.

Features on Our Radar: Automatically Numbered Headings

We’re working on a new feature setting where paragraph boxes assigned as headings can have responsive numbering applied automatically. This feature is still considered in development, but we wanted to let you know!

Share Your UserVoice

How can PolicyStat get even better for you?

UserVoice grants Site Administrators a voice to vote for product updates submitted by our user community. Don't see your idea? Submit it!

Our Development team uses UserVoice votes to ensure product updates match user needs.

How will you use your votes to make PolicyStat even better?

Here are some recent changes we’ve made thanks to UserVoice requests:

  • Notification emails and Approval Workflows no longer use the term: “Committee”. Instead this is replaced with  the label “Site Description” allowing for more flexibility to describe the step.
