iContracts Breakthrough Conference

We are extremely pleased to announce the iContracts Breakthrough 2018 User Conference to take place May 8-10. The event will be hosted at the historic Courtyard Marriot Inn located in downtown Philadelphia, PA.

iContracts Breakout will feature an exclusive policy management track for users to learn and discuss policy management strategies, best practices for PolicyStat, and of course meet, greet, and engage with other PolicyStat users and several PolicyStat staff.

We will also be hosting a 1-day pre-conference Admin Bootcamp session. This session will be a great opportunity for new (or "backup") Site Administrators to get up to speed quickly on everything they need to know about PolicyStat and their role.

New Features/Updates Launched In November

CSV Report - Incomplete Acknowledgments by Users 
The Incomplete Acknowledgments by User page, visible to Area Managers and Site Administrators now features the ability to download a CSV report of the users who have yet to acknowledge a policy.

Table of Contents
The Table of Contents feature is all about helping end users of a document navigate directly to the right location in the file and get access answers to their questions quickly. This feature quickly links users to a heading or subheading via the corresponding Table of Contents link.

This rollout is now complete and available to all sites.

POLICYSTAT USER ROLES IMPACTED: All Users

Numbered Headings
Numbered headings use text boxes with Heading formatting to serve as major list items. This helps break up long lists into more easily manageable parts and increases the readability and usability of your content. Numbered Headings also populate the Table of Contents, which can quickly link users to part of the list for easy access.

This rollout is now complete and available to all sites.

In September, we began a rotation of our live Education webinars. Introductory PolicyStat Education, Writing Policies Right, and the Monthly Feature Review will remain monthly, and the remaining sessions will rotate bi-monthly.

Each webinar contains pre-recorded sessions with the same content, on demand.
