Monthly updates for April 2018
iContracts Breakthrough Conference
We are extremely pleased to announce the iContracts Breakthrough 2018 User Conference to take place May 8-10. The event will be hosted at the historic Courtyard Marriot Inn located in downtown Philadelphia, PA.
iContracts Breakthrough will feature an exclusive policy management track for users to learn and discuss policy management strategies, best practices for PolicyStat, and of course meet, greet, and engage with other PolicyStat users and several PolicyStat staff.
We will also be hosting a 1-day pre-conference PolicyStat Admin Bootcamp session. This session will be a great opportunity for new (or "backup") Site Administrators to get up to speed quickly on everything they need to know about PolicyStat and their role.

April Education Schedule
Our Education sessions are complimentary webinars available to any and all PolicyStat customers who want to better understand our product.
A new change this month is that our live webinar offerings will now rotate tri-monthly. April will focus on content, including how to use our editor. May's sessions are directed towards our Site Administrators. June's webinars restart the rotation with Introductory PolicyStat Education and webinars focused on approvals. Each month will continue to offer a Monthly Feature Review.
The handout available at the button link below provides a schedule of the webinars with links to register. Please distribute the link and/or the PDF to all of your applicable staff.

New Features/Updates Launched In March
SSO / Proxy Users
Users who are being proxied on sites that use Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication services will no longer be able to log in. This will bring the practice to be consistent with all other sites including those that do not use SSO services.
We do know there are some users who are interested in this approach, both for or against. We'd like to hear your feedback! Please contact [email protected] to share your thoughts if this impacts your site.
Area / Owner Header Links
Clicking the Owner or Area labels (local terms may vary ) in the header of a policy will open a list of all policies for which the user is the Owner or stored within that Area.
Document ID on CSV Reports
CSV reports throughout PolicyStat will now also contain the Policy ID (number) in the output.
Customize Expiring Policies Report Notifications
If desired, the date on which the expiring policies report sends notifies responsible parties of the upcoming review can be modified past the 90-day standard.
To modify the date, please contact PolicyStat Support at [email protected]
Guest Access Links to Search Results
Site Administrators can now easily generate a Guest Access link directly to filtered search results.
Training Environments Now Feature a Header
The training environments (https://yoursite.pstattraining.com) now include a header at the top of the site which reminds users they are in the Training environment and that any changes they make will not affect their live site. In addition, the next scheduled site maintenance (training site data is reset to mirror the live environment) is noted.
Follow the PolicyStat Newswire to be in the know when new features roll out or update!
Learning Center Updates
The PolicyStat Learning Center maintains the most current and up to date training and product information.
Mobile Interface Update
You may have noticed a different look for pages on the Learning Center. This is a result of a back-end revision to the code to make the full Learning Center accessible on your mobile device. This includes the main Learning Center page, the roles page, and the Education pages.
